Ammy Harrison

Ammy joined Penn Station in January 2021 as Vice President of Development and Strategy. In her role, she oversees the Development team and department initiatives including franchise sales, real estate/site selection, and franchise market planning. Prior to joining Penn Station, Ammy spent 21 years serving in various franchise sales and development roles with Papa John’s International, Inc. Ammy’s favorite Penn Station product is the Chocolate Chunk Cookie.
